I have appeared at the Council meeting at City of Yorkton on Monday, the 14th of September.
In the Sept. 16, 2015 Yorkton This Week, Brent Hryhorczuk stated that the water back up is my fault, he is wrong. If this is normal then he should check his qualifications. I have been the chairman for the Iron deal for 15 years in the R.M. of Cote and the law states the you may not block a natural water run, and we do not plan to wait till construction is finished to see this corrected.
