Dear Editor:
I'm writing to express my objections to our crown corporation, SaskTel giving away free televisions. Last month in Yorkton, SaskTel was giving away free TVs to Max customers. What about rural citizens who can't get Max service - or the citizens who don't have or don't want SaskTel. How is this fair?
How is this fair to rural customers that have substandard internet, or pay $5.00 extra for their phones? Just another example of rural citizens in Saskatchewan being considered second class by this government. Try driving on our roads.
If our crown-owned phone company has to give away TVs to compete - maybe it's time we sold it.
