Dear Editor,
In June my husband and I stopped at the Tourism Yorkton Visitor Information Kiosk on our way to Edmonton. At that time I was given a package of rolled oats and a recipe.
Just wanted you to know that this is one of the best recipes for oatmeal cookies I have ever used. Sometimes the recipes are so-so but not this one. We are truly enjoying the results. The recipe will go in my recipe box to use over and over again.
Thank you for such a great idea and treat by which to remember Yorkton.
