Check this out, on Sunrise's website! All of the public needs to know that we are no longer classified as patients when we access the health care system; we are customers!

Whose brainwave was that?

As a retired registered nurse, I think those in the upper area of the health care management tree and government need a lesson from Florence Nightingale on how to care for patients!

Have we lost our caring, our compassion, our advocacy, our empathy for patients? Is this the first step to privatization? As customers in a store, you pay?

Think about it.
