C anada has managed to hold itself as a country for 150 years, something we should be proud to celebrate throughout 2017, and in particular Canada Day. It has not been an easy road to our 150th anniversary.

Teenagers are capable of doing some pretty dumb stuff. It’s all a part of growing up and learning from your mistakes.

To say that the federal Liberal government is completely oblivious to Saskatchewan may be a tad unfair.

To live in rural Saskatchewan these days means to do without something else. Perhaps this isn’t so different than the norm in rural Saskatchewan for years.

L ooking at ways to encourage youth to be physically active is unfortunately something which is much needed these days. It is increasingly rare to see youth being outside being active is a rarer thing.

I’ll call my ninety-three year old dad on Father’s Day. He’ll call me “Sweetheart” and tell me how much he loves me. And once again, he’ll cry and thank me for making the time. “I love talking to you, Dad,” I say. And I do.
