GLENSIDE - Getting a headstart on the holidays were the people in Glenside, who welcomed a rotating number of people to the community activity center on Saturday, November 19 for a 'Christmas in November' craft sale event.
As well, all the kids in attendance were looking forward to the hayrides that ran in the afternoon, as well as the appearance by Santa Claus himself, who arrived and sat with a long list of kids who were waiting to see and talk with Saint Nick.
With a community potluck supper that followed, the events of the day made for a welcome kickoff to the Christmas season.
