Yorkton youth enjoy 'Noon Day's Eve' celebration

YORKTON - Youngsters had a special day to mark the changing of the calendar in Yorkton.

Line-ups of youngsters and parents headed into the Gallagher Centre Flexihall Saturday morning for a ‘Noon Year’s Eve’ celebration sponsored by Re/Max Blue Chip Realty.

The three-hours of fun included local firefighters filling balloons, face painting, crafts and a number of bouncy castles from Kerr’s Bouncers.

Those attending were also encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the Yorkton Food Bank.
