The demise of the choir program at Yorkton Regional High School has created a chorus of voices calling for all involved to rethink the change.

Mrs. Loretta Glute of Yorkton, beloved wife of Bill Glute passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the age of 43 years. Loretta Lynn Glute was born in Yorkton, September 1, 1972 to Alex and Joy (nee Poppenheim) Oystrick.

Adeline Dorothy Plosz (nee Washenfelder) was born on January 28, 1934 in Rhein, SK and passed away on August 12, 2016 in Regina, SK at the age of 82. On November 17, 1956, Adeline married Warren Plosz.

Mr. Peco Chorney of Yorkton, beloved husband of Grace Chorney entered eternal life on August 12, 2016 at the age of 87 years. Peter 'Peco' Paul Chorney was born on February 23, 1929 in Yorkton, SK to Thomas and Mary (Prystay) Chorney.

Rose Onofriechuk was born on March 12, 1921, in the MacNutt district, the 3rd child in a family of 8, to Wasyl and Marie (Karpa) Dwernichuk.
