Premier Scott Moe announced on Wednesday the province has recorded its sixth death related to COVID-19. It’s the second this week. The sixth death related to the virus was a resident in their 80s from the far north region who died in long-term care.

Municipalities in the Esterhazy-Rocanville area will be receiving an additional $1,150,000 in potash tax sharing this year, with RMs receiving up to $384,000 more than last year, and towns receiving up to $49,000 more than last year.

Yorkton’s Salvation Army Food Bank has received a financial ‘shot-in-the-arm’. The Louis Dreyfus Company, Yorkton has presented the Food Bank with a donation of $5,000.
