Update: Missing 45-year-old woman found deceased

PRINCE ALBERT — Update March 13: Julie Mckenzie has been located deceased. Her family has been notified and Victim Services has been engaged to provide support.
After initial investigation, Prince Albert RCMP believes her death to be non-suspicious in nature. The Saskatchewan Coroners Service continues to investigate.

Prince Albert RCMP would like to thank the media and local search and rescue teams for their assistance in this investigation.

Original post March 11: On March 9 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report of a missing 45-year-old female, Julie Mckenzie.

Julie Mckenzie was last seen March 2 in the community of Little Red River. Since she was reported missing, Prince Albert RCMP have been checking places Julie is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report information on Julie’s whereabouts.

Mckenzie is described as five foot seven and approximately 150 pounds. She has brown eyes, long brown hair, and a birthmark on her neck.

Mckenzie is known to travel to Prince Albert and the community of Little Red River, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
