SASKATOON – Two men and a woman are facing charges following an evade police incident Friday afternoon.

At approximately 2 p.m., an officer on patrol at Avenue H and 37th Street West spotted a Ford Escape SUV that may have been reported stolen. When the officer attempted a traffic stop, the driver refused to stop and began to evade police.

The patrol vehicle monitored the SUV for several minutes as it continued to travel, before a tire deflation device was successful at Avenue G and 37th Street West. The driver then continued to operate the vehicle for a few more blocks, driving on the tire rims, before coming to a stop near Avenue D and Spadina Cres.

Two men, ages 26 and 32, along with a 22-year old-woman were arrested. Officers also recovered what is believed to be fentanyl.
