Victim stabbed after verbal interaction in Prince Albert business

Police say the victim and two suspects had an interaction inside a business in the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West that led to a confrontation outside.

Prince Albert police were dispatched to the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West for a weapons complaint.

PRINCE ALBERT – Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) are searching for two suspects after a man was stabbed by two people following an interaction inside a business.

On April 11, at about 9:08 p.m. police were dispatched to the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West for a weapons complaint. When they arrived, they learned that a 23-year-old man who had been stabbed. He was taken to the Victoria Hospital for treatment of a superficial wound.

Police say the victim and two suspects had an interaction inside a business in the 3200 block of 2nd Avenue West that led to a confrontation outside, where the victim was stabbed.

Both suspects were reported to have long boards (skateboards).

The first suspect is about 5-foot-8 and was wearing all black clothing with a hood, glasses.

The second suspect is about 6-feet tall and was wearing black pants and a grey T-shirt.
