Natasha (Nettie) Holmgren 1926-,2014 It is with heavy hearts the family of Natasha (Nettie) Holmgren (nee Osaduik) share the news of her passing on May 22, 2014. Nettie was predeceased by her husband Millard; parents Stephan and Anna Osaduik; siblings Dorothy in infancy, Joseph, Alex (Kay), Mary, John, Tom, and Walter missing in action, Hong Kong, World War II. Our "Precious" Nettie is survived by her children Gregg (Janice), Jane (Jerry), Karl (Wendy), Fitz (Carla), Nancy, and Blayne, who was like a son to her; grandchildren Gregg Jr., Mitchell, Lianne; Tammy (Steve), Alicia; Krystal (Jonathan); Megan, Breanna, Cole; great-grandchildren Stacia (Brett), Kirstin; great-great-grandchildren Mia, Maddex and Farrah; her brother Steve (Audrey); sisters-in-law Eve and Dolly; brother-in-law Tom Heggie, as well as many nieces and nephews. Nettie was born in Bienfait, June 3, 1926, and was raised in Estevan. She spent many years living across the prairies, with the best years of her life spent in Estevan where she made many friends and was known for her outgoing personality. Always the storyteller, Nettie would captivate a room with tales of her youth, the friends she had made and the adventures they had. A special thanks to the staff of the Rosetown Nursing Home and Hospital for the exceptional care given to our mom. Thank you to everyone who called and made time to visit over the past year. A service will be held at a later date. We will miss you Mom and Grandma.
