The Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) recently awarded Saskatchewan Youth Apprenticeship (SYA) Industry Scholarships to 110 graduating high school students from 77 communities across Saskatchewan. 

Emissions from reported venting and flaring at upstream oil facilities in 2023 were 3.6 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, which is a 67 per cent reduction from 2015 levels and a six per cent decline from 2022.
