MEADOW LAKE - Northwest School Division in Meadow Lake has a number of candidates seeking trustee positions on the school board.

For Subdivision 1 (Goodsoil, Pierceland and Dorintosh), Travis Neufeld has been acclaimed for the position.

In Subdivision 2 (Loon Lake, Meadow Lake Rural and Rapid View), Kelly Lokan and Kim Russell are seeking election.

For Subdivision 3 (Frenchman Butte, Paradise Hill and St. Walburg), Amanda McGowan and Clara (Clare) Zeller are vying for the spot.

For Subdivision 4 (Turtleford, Livelong, Mervin), Randy McKee and Rick Starnes are hoping for success in the election.

For Subdivision 5 (Edam, Glaslyn and Vawn), Cheyenne Ludwig has been acclaimed.

In Subdivision 6 (Maidstone, Paynton and Waseca), John Anderson (incumbent) and Laurel Pauls are vying for the position. 

In Subdivision 7 (Marshall, Hillmond and Lone Rock), Kristen McGowan and Andrea Perillat (incumbent) are running.

In Subdivision 8 (Neilburg, Lashburn and Marsden), Vaughn Bellin and Jeff Walso are competing for the spot. 

For Subdivision 9 & 10 (two positions for the City of Meadow Lake), Barb Arnold, James McKee, Barb Seymour (incumbent) and Glen Winkler (incumbent) are seeking the two seats.

For Subdivision 11 (Flying Dust First Nation), Patricia Main (incumbent) has been acclaimed for the role.

Elections will be held on Nov. 13.
