THE BATTLEFORDS — The Battlefords Early Childhood Community Planning Network is hosting its annual Teddy Bear Clinic on May 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. behind the North Battleford Public Library.

This year's theme is 'We Are Growing,'  and it encourages children and their families to bring their favourite stuffed animals to enjoy the range of activities in the park, which include projects, a story walk adventure, and meeting with emergency vehicles.

"...we are all so excited to welcome children and families to this amazing early childhood event," reads the release from BECCPN.

More than 30 community organizations and services will be onsite, providing activities, experiences, information, and giveaways during the come-and-go event.

A simple snack will be offered at registration with a bag of early childhood information included.

"We look forward to seeing everyone out on May 26 in Central Park."
