One killed, three injured in rollover on Moosomin FN

The deceased has been identified as a 26 year old from Moosomin First Nation. His family has been notified.

MOOSOMIN FIRST NATION — One person is dead and three others are injured after a crash on Moosomin First Nation.

On July 9, at approximately 7:50 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received the report of the single-vehicle rollover.

Officers responded along with local EMS and STARS. A male occupant of the vehicle was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 26 year old from Moosomin First Nation. His family has been notified.

A female occupant was transported to hospital by STARS with injuries described as serious, but non-life-threatening, in nature.

Two additional female occupants were transported to hospital by EMS with injuries described as non-life-threatening in nature.

Battlefords RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
