The Battleford parade took place Friday to much fanfare and a good turnout, despite taking place at the same time as the Roughrider game.

Reaction has poured in to the recent announcement by Herb Cox that he is not running for a third term as MLA for the Battlefords. Cox confirmed July 24 that he is not seeking re-election in the fall 2020 vote.
