Life hasn’t been easy for Jenna Sittler, not in the least because those who are supposed to help, medical professionals, haven’t helped much. Sittler has experienced symptoms including chronic pain, exhaustion, stomach issues and sinus issues.

Saskatchewan Agriculture – Saskatchewan farmers have been able to seed five per cent of the 2019 crop, compared to the five-year average (2014-18) of three per cent. Field activities such as harrowing, rock picking and fertilizing are taking place.

Game Four proved the wildest and most entertaining game yet in the Anavet Cup series between the Battlefords North Stars and Portage Terriers. There was no shortage of passion, and comebacks, for both sides.

It’s the time of year to watch out for the ticks as this is the season they are hatching and out there full force. They are hiding in the dead grasses, leaves that fell last fall and on tree branches and bushes.

It was a frustrating night at the Civic Centre for the Battlefords North Stars in game three of the Anavet Cup. Despite outshooting the Portage Terriers and despite coming back twice to tie the game, they ultimately lost 5-3.
