Two people were rescued from a stalled elevator by firefighers Saturday, Nov. 14 at about 9 p.m North Battleford Fire Department responded to the call at Ruth Whyte Manor and were able to access the elevator car and free the occupants trapped inside.

Your North Stars travelled to Notre Dame for a Sunday matinee game against the Hounds . The Battlefords had a successful trip coming into today, winning both games on the road and were looking for a fourth straight victory.

The Battlefords Stars dropped back-to-back games this weekend in Yorkton against the Maulers , and on Sunday it was by an 8-2 margin.
