SCHWEITZER:SCHWEITZER, Warren Glen late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the age of 68 years. Warren was born December 5, 1942 in Regina, Saskatchewan. He worked as a teacher, a coach and a financial planner with the Investors Group. He enjoyed sports, coaching football and basketball in Broadview, Humboldt and Weyburn. Warren also enjoyed spending time involved with other outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. Warren, Sandi and their son, Corey owned and operated Pointer Lake Lodge for twelve years. Warren was predeceased by his parents, Fredrick and Marion Schweitzer and his son, Kirby Glen. He will be lovingly remembered by: his wife of 47 years, Sandi of Weyburn, SK; son Corey (Faye) of Humboldt, SK and his children, Casey, Hunter and Raundee; his sister, Gail (Larry) Flessatti of Bowden, AB; sisters & brothers-in-law, Barry Van Dusen of Comox, BC, Alan (Bev) Van Dusen of Weyburn, SK and Susan (Ken) Kot of Weyburn, SK; his mother and father-in-law, Howard and Engsie Van Dusen of Weyburn, SK as well as numerous nieces and nephews. By request, there will be no formal service. A "Celebration of Life" Come and Go Tea will be held Monday, November 21, 2011 from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM at Captain's Hall, 112 4th Street North East, Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
