MELFORT – The City of Melfort has received additional funding from the Community Airport Partnership Program (CAP) grant that will go towards the rehabilitation and paving of the internal taxiway at the Miller Field Airport.

For most schools, there will be 185 student days and 194 teacher days.

There will be 89 instructional days in both semesters for a total of 178 days.

The communities where offences occurred between 2005 and 2023 include Tisdale, Estevan, Assiniboia, Coronach, Gravelbourg and Swift Current.

Planning for a helipad at the Nipawin Hospital began in 2018, following the Humboldt Broncos bus crash.

The Melfort Airport - Miller Field is a medium-sized general aviation airport, owned and operated by the City of Melfort, located two miles west of the city.

Delaying the project could result in escalating costs, making it financially impractical in the future.
