Curated and organized by the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils and toured through OSAC’s Arts on the Move program, an exhibition in the Windows Salon of the Chapel Gallery is a surprise.

Crayons and martinis? Of course! The Chapel Gallery will be the venue for a special event for adults to indulge in some colouring and refreshments. Dubbed the Pink Martini Colouring Lounge, the event will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

Festival Fanfare

Earlier in the year, the Chapel Gallery in North Battleford was closed for repairs, but it's back in business with a members’ art show running until May 15.

The month of May has arrived and the Grade 12 class is busy preparing for their graduation in six short weeks. Their graduation will take place Friday, June 10, in the school gym.

WILKIE — St. James CWL in Wilkie held a special evening to recognize members for their years of service to the Catholic Women’s League of Canada. The evening began by celebrating mass with Fr. George Chatholil, spiritual advisor.

Approximately six weeks ago, when a men's choral choir called A Buncha Guys from Saskatoon performed in Rabbit Lake, people that I knew who attended had nothing but great comments on the performance.

The Borden Co-op held their 101st annual meeting preceded by a roast beef supper served by the Borden Lions Club to 90 guests April 26. John Buswell was nominated chairman and Ruben Rempel recording secretary.
