Madison and Rayna were among the many Carol night participants spread their Christmas cheer.

Hafford Central School played host to budding stars and starlets Dec. 16.

Children dressed in holiday finery gave performances on stage that filled the night air with joy and laughter.

About 300 people packed the gym to hear some great performances. Cameras and Camcorders were everywhere to record a truly special evening.

Principal Mr. Link welcomed everyone. Sarah Jones and Rebekah Lesko also spoke.

The evening featured musical performances, including ukelele strumming, singing and performances by the school choir, CTV news from Hafford and a readers' theatre.

Each performance was a treasure. Watching all the girls and boys pour their hearts into each song, dance, poem, musical performance and skit was truly a highlight to the Christmas season. There was a hippo, Bob Marley, Elvis, black light performance and protesting elves all adding a fun twist to an amazing program.

With all the technology involved, a thank you is owed to every person behind the scenes who helped make the production a hit. Lighting and sound guys and gals, a well deserved pat on the back to you. Teachers and volunteers and EAs, thank you. The hard work was evident.

Closing remarks were by Sarah and Rebekah. Mr. Link then made his closing comments followed by everyone singing We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

A thunderous round of applause brought the curtain down on the night of stars.
