Explore watercolours at Feb. workshop

The next workshop presented by the Chapel Gallery is Saturday, Feb. 11 and Sunday, Feb. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Graham Flatt will be teaching this watercolour workshop. Flatt is a Lloydminster-based artist and instructor. He is a western artist who uses a limited palette of colour to show the effect of light on his subjects.

He will give workshop attendees the chance to explore their own creativity and benefit from his years of painting experience.

Flatt has had many exhibitions throughout Canada and the United States. Examples of Flatt's work can be seen on his website: grahamflatt.com .

Gallery members can take part in this workshop for a $160 registration fee. Non-member registration is $210. Participants will bring their own materials.

Another upcoming event at the Chapel Gallery is the reception for the North Battleford Photography Club Sunday, Jan. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. Come to the Chapel to meet the photographers and enjoy their work on exhibition in the Window Salon of the gallery.
