COVID-19 restrictions have been discussed and it has been decided everyone will mask up in order to try to stay open. A small potluck birthday celebration was held Oct. 13 with everyone required to show proof of vaccination at the door.

The birthdates of all members were listed and happy birthday sung to all.

Members outdid themselves with a wonderful assortment of dishes for the meal. Some members stayed for a Kaiser afternoon.

A raffle licence has been obtained so everyone is busy selling blanket raffle tickets for a Nov. 13. draw.

Crafting members have been busy knitting for babies and school children.

Members decided to go ahead with a craft and baking sale Nov. 12 and 13. There will be 20 tables featuring an Avon representative, bird feeders, some craft material to give away, puzzles, pictures, Christmas decorations, pillows, doggie beds and blankets and Betty L'Heureux will have a table of Christmas baking. There will be some silent auction items and a  50/50 draw.

This will be the last chance to get raffle tickets on the blankets.

Everyone will be asked for vaccination proof at the door.
