Lil McMillan was to Edmonton for an eye appointment. Her daughters, Della and Darlene, took her there. Lil was saying the roads were like summer. No snow.
A number of the apartment ladies were out to the annual Christmas supper at the Drop In Centre Sunday evening. They enjoyed a lovely turkey supper catered to by the Catholic ladies. A short program followed with skits, poems and readings. Christmas cake and oranges were served to end off a good evening.
The nice weather had most people away, so I wasn't able to gather much news. I will try to do better next week.
