Sunny skies and sunny faces! A dozen Battlefords Art Club members met for a day of painting and friendship Tuesday at the Don Ross Centre.
The art club has a table at Marigold Market Oct. 25 and 26. Please sign up if you are interested. Small matted pictures and cards only please.
The club's Sparkle with Art show opens Friday, Nov. 1 with a wine reception from 5 to 9 p.m. and runs Saturday, Nov. 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Come and purchase gifts for Christmas or just to enjoy the art, quilts and wood carvings.
Several workshops are planned by the Chapel Gallery. There will be one led by Jan Layh Nov. 8 and 9 and portraiture with Dean Bauche Dec. 8. Please contact the Chapel Gallery for more information.
