Spring marching forward

Sunday was a spring-like day with lots of sunshine, temperatures above zero, melting of the snow that fell the night before and the usual slush and mud underfoot.

Sunday was a spring-like day with lots of sunshine, temperatures above zero, melting of the snow that fell the night before and the usual slush and mud underfoot. This was a sharp contrast from the terrible tornados taking place in the eastern states of the United States.

Linda and Bill McGilvery accompanied Jean McPherson and Jim Maxwell to Prince Albert where they spent a recent weekend with their aunt and uncle, Frances and Irvin Richards.

Darran and Nichole Blythe and their children Josh, Gabe and Aubrey returned Feb. 25 from 10 days spent in Disneyland. They made their base in San Clementi, Calif. and from there toured, not only spending time in Disneyland but also in San Diego and area. Darran's parents, Lynn and Murray Blyth, who are spending the winter in Arizona, travelled to San Clementi to spend a few days with them.

Terry and René Pike, accompanied by their daughters Nicole and friend Trevor and Lexi and friend Jeff, recently returned from a week's holiday in Mexico. They toured out of Playadel Carma, enjoyed the beaches, snorkelling, touring and the huge flea markets.
