WATSON — Every quilt at the Watson Quilt Show had a story. Some were as simple as a Mickey Mouse quilt for a grandson who loved the character, while others were responses to seasonal challenges imposed by the Watson Quilters’ Guild.

CARROT RIVER — There are many opportunities out there for youth to learn leadership skills – but not many are taught by horses.

HUMBOLDT — A continuing interest in Humboldt Broncos merchandise over the hockey season has netted the hockey team close to $26,600. “We continue to sell Broncos merchandise and Broncos apparel,” said Mike Yager of Spotlight Sport and Corporate Wear.
