Joey Landreth is back in North Battleford after rocking the Dekker Centre last year.

Landreth, part of the Winnipeg roots-rock band The Brothers Landreth, recently released a new album, Hindsight.

According to a press release, the album features previously released singles “Forgiveness” and “Dangerous.” Landreth recently released a single called “Cryin.”

“We all have that friend who just can’t seem to stay away from the bad apples,” Landreth said, and the song is described as an intervention set to music.

Landreth made the album in Winnipeg and Toronto with Roman Clarke, who joins him on tour.

Landreth has tour dates in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Finland and the United States.

CBC Music regularly features Landreth, along with the Brothers Landreth.

New songs cover a variety of themes, including learning from mistakes, letting go, forgiveness, and growing up.

Also, “it wouldn’t be a Landreth record without some heartbreak,” Landreth said.
