Lauirie Lennie knew he had all 14 games right on his POOLS lottery ticket. The American Professional Football games were over, but still he had to find out how much his ticket had won.
"The money is fine, but just winning is the best part," he said.
Nonetheless, Lennie took his ticket to the store to find out how much he had won using the ticket checker.
"The machine didn't say sorry this time," he joked.
Lennie 's ticket had won $20,749.50 on POOLS Card 136, which ended Nov. 17.
"It won't change my life, but it will help," he said of the windfall.
He plans to pay some bills, share some of his winnings with family and take a trip. But the win already fulfills a wish he's had for a while.
"Winning POOLS," he said with a smile.
Kebbue bought his winning ticket at 7-Eleven Food Store located at 1752 - 100 St. in North Battleford.
