911 caller asks for help finding address

Between 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8 and 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11 Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 100 calls for assistance.

Between 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8 and 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11 Battlefords RCMP responded to more than 100 calls for assistance.


Twelve calls related to nuisance or misuse of 911 system, including a 911 call for assistance because a subject was looking for an address in town. Another 911 call by the same person was made to tell police she had found the address. Attended were alarm calls and three noise bylaw complaints. Six persons were taken into custody for public intoxication.


Friday


9:25 a.m. - 43-year-old male reported missing form 96th Street. Several locations checked throughout the day. Subject found later in the afternoon by family.


12:50 p.m. - Theft reported from a business on the 1100 block of 101st Street some time during the morning.


1:06 p.m. - Report of two suspicious males on Territorial Drive north, walking in area with a gerry can and a hose. Patrols of area negative.


3:50 p.m. - A 60-year-old female was transported to hospital with minor injuries after report of an intoxicated female falling on 104th Street.


4:09 p.m. - 14-year-old youth arrested on three outstanding charges of failing to comply with an undertaking. Remanded for court in North Battleford on Nov. 12.


5:40 p.m. - Unwanted intoxicated male at a residence on 1500 block of 105th Street. Members transported subject to another residence where family agreed to care for subject.


7:32 p.m. - Members called to residence on 1300 block of 107th Street. People from two residence both claiming the others were threatening to have them beat up. All subjects spoken to and warned. No charges pursued at this time.


11:56 p.m. - Call of a fight at a home on 1500 block of 105th Street. Several intoxicated persons at residence. All stated the person causing problems left when police called.


Saturday


1:44 a.m. - Break and Enter to a residence on 1000 block of 110th Street. Two male suspects reported to be witnessed leaving the scene. Vacant apartment that has been having issues with people entering from time to time. Matter still under investigation.


4:15 a.m. - Call from a cell phone, female caller advising she needed police then hung up. No answer on call back initially. Members eventually made contact, female provided false information about address of offence and persons involved.


4:33 a.m. - Report of four suspicious males in a vehicle on Clements Drive, believed to be possibly looking into yards. Vehicle and subjects located a short time later. Confirmed to have been dropping off someone at their residence.


7:40 a.m. - Male reported walking on 110th Street yelling threats to no one in particular. Subject not located and no further complaints made.


3:01 p.m. - Vehicle parked on 300 block of 114th Street overnight, damaged.


3:15 p.m. - Report of a vehicle leaving without paying for fuel on 100th Street. Subject located and returned to pay outstanding bill. No charges pursued.


4:44 p.m. - Report of an assault on Carlton Trail. Victim and witness statements have been attained. No one injured in incident. The suspect is known to the victim. Matter remains under investigation.


8:09 p.m. - Vehicle parked on 900 block of 103rd Street had a large tree stump thrown through a window.


11:53 p.m. - Stolen vehicle out of Saskatoon located in Riverview. Suspects fled from vehicle. A 22-year-old man and a 15-year-old youth were arrested a short time later. Both were scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court Nov. 12 at 9:30 a.m.


Sunday


1:00 a.m. - 16-year-old youth arrested on 1000 block of 108th Street, found to be in violation of a deferred custody order. To make next appearance in court Nov. 12.


8:25 a.m. - Back window of a vehicle parked on 1000 block of 108th Street broken out, believed to have occurred some time overnight.


10:15 a.m. - 2013 grey Dodge Grand Caravan with Saskatchewan License 151 ITM, stolen from 1400 block of 106th Street. Vehicle has yet to be recovered.


4:17 p.m. - 16-year-old youth arrested on outstanding warrants on 1000 block of 108th street. Remanded into custody until Nov. 12. Outstanding charges include failing to comply with undertaking, and assault causing bodily harm.


7:57 p.m. - White Dodge Truck with a burnt out headlight on passenger side reported to have struck a fence at 900 block of 108th Street then left scene. Suspect vehicle likely suffered significant front end damage.


11:25 p.m. - Window of a home on 1600 block of 91st Street reported broken.


Monday


3:00 a.m. - 911 call to a disturbance/assault at a gathering on the 1200 block of 105th Street. Reported that some 15 people were fighting at that location but has since settled down. Members attended and several allegations of assault made. Matters are still under investigation.


9:11 a.m. - Car windows smashed out sometime overnight, on vehicle parked on 1400 block of 103rd Street.


9:29 a.m. - Vehicle entered on 1400 block of 110th street overnight. Items moved around, no damage to vehicle.


10:00 a.m. - Vehicle parked on 1200 block of 105th Street overnight had window damage and a wallet stolen from inside.


11:59 a.m. - Vehicle window broken out and vehicle entered while parked on 1400 block of 103rd Street. Nothing reported missing.


12:00 p.m. - Vehicle parked on 105th Street had window broken out and vehicle entered. Nothing appears to have been taken.


12:28 p.m. - Report of another vehicle with a damaged window while parked on 1000 block of 108th Street overnight.


6:11 p.m. - Report made of an unknown male taking a picture of a woman in a change room at a business on Carlton Trail. Male described as wearing a jacket with the hood up, alleged to have snapped a picture of the complainant some time between 5:30 to 5:45 p.m. on this date. Investigation is ongoing.


10:36 p.m. - White Ford F350 Super Duty, Saskatchewan license 156 AKS, stolen from 11000 block of Railway Avenue East.


Monday


12:31 a.m. - Ford truck reported stolen from 1100 block of 113th Street. Recovered several minutes later abandoned by perpetrators.
