NORTHEAST — A new strategy gives schools in the North East School Division the tools to deal with threatening behavior.

The Bruno Post Office was broken into and letters and packages were stolen. Humboldt-Lanigan RCMP said the crime happened in the overnight hours between Dec. 7 and 8.
