Armed robbery on 100th Street

A north end business on the 2000 block of 100th Street has been the victim of an armed robbery. The incident was reported to RCMP shortly after 10 p.m. Monday.

A north end business on the 2000 block of 100th Street has been the victim of an armed robbery.

The incident was reported to RCMP shortly after 10 p.m. Monday. According to RCMP, the male perpetrator produced a knife, demanded cash, and fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No employees or customers were harmed during the incident.

Photos of the suspect were released. By Wednesday morning, RCMP announced they had charged Martin Night, 26, with robbery in the case.

A warrant for his arrest was obtained, but his whereabouts were still unknown.
