There has been an armed robbery on Railway Avenue East in North Battleford.
North Battleford RCMP say the armed robbery took place at a hotel around 8:20 p.m. Friday when a lone male suspect entered the lobby brandishing a firearm and demanded cash from staff. The male then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was harmed in the incident, say police.
The suspect, a male, is described as tall, over six feet, wearing a white hoodie with dark markings on the back, and blue jeans. He was covering his face, possibly with a white shirt.
