A man set to go to trial in October in connection to an April shooting spree incident in North Battleford has been ordered to remain in custody until that time.
A show cause hearing for Ryan Bear was held in provincial court Wednesday.
Bear, who had been in custody since early April, will remain in custody through his trial, which begins Oct. 6 in North Battleford.
He is one of four individuals charged in connection to alleged shooting incidents in North Battleford on the night of April 5. Bear has already entered not guilty pleas to several weapons related charges. His co-accused, Troy Delorme, also remains in custody.
