LEROY — The LeRoy Daycare has received a $20,000 boost from BHP
This donation comes as BHP continues to develop its Jansen Potash Project in the area.
In a press release BHP stated, “The company hopes facilities such as these will also help attract the required workforce to the local area during potential mining operations at Jansen.”
“BHP believes in the long-term fundamentals of the Potash market and its Jansen Potash Project provides an entry option into this new commodity.”
Kim Block, president of the LeRoy Daycare said that the money will go toward renovation costs.
