Bicyclist injured in hit and run, police looking for witnesses

Three vehicles were vandalized while parked on the 800 block of 99th Street, North Battleford, sometime between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and 8:30 a.m. Oct 10.

Three vehicles were vandalized while parked on the 800 block of 99th Street, North Battleford, sometime between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and 8:30 a.m. Oct 10.

A vehicle fled the scene after it collided with a male cyclist on the corner of 21st Street and 1st Avenue in Battleford, Oct. 10 at approximately 8:45 a.m. The suspect vehicle was described as black in colour and either an SUV or a minivan. A male, possibly in his 30s, was reported to be driving the vehicle at the time of the incident and was last seen headed west on 21st Street. The 14-year-old male bicyclist was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Battlefords RCMP are currently looking for witnesses or any information regarding this occurrence.

A purse and laptop were taken from a maroon 2004 Ford F150 pickup truck parked on the 1500 block of 106th Street, North Battleford, sometime after 5 p.m. Sept. 28.

A wallet and sunglasses were taken from a blue 2005 Ford F350 Super Duty pickup truck on the 1400 block of 98th street, North Battleford, Sept. 28, sometime after 9 p.m.

Anyone with information regarding these or any other crime is asked to contact the Battlefords's RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Andy James Oxebin, age 20, two counts of breach of probation;

Troy Bruce Butler, age 51, assault;

Clarence Frank Pooyak, age 27, assault.
