An investigation continues into what happened Thursday afternoon when a vehicle and a bicycle collided at the intersection of 16th Avenue and 100th Street in North Battleford.
An RCMP officer on patrol came across the collision at the intersection around 3:40 p.m. The bicyclist hadentered the intersection and driven into the side of the car.
North Battleford Fire and EMS were called to the scene and a 19-year-old male from North Battleford ended up transported to Battleford Union Hospital. He suffered only minor injuries and was released.
The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. No charges are anticipated.
