North Battleford city officials have announced dates for the 2014 budget deliberations.
The meetings are set for Wednesday, Jan. 15 beginning at 6:30 p.m., and Monday, Jan. 20 at 7 p.m.
The Monday deliberation session will be in place of the Municipal Services Committee that was scheduled for that evening.
City council as well as administration officials will go through the entire budget covering operations, utilities and the five-year capital plan during those sessions.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the sessions, which will take place in council chambers at City Hall on 101st Street.
The draft 2014 budget document was handed down at the Dec. 9 regular council meeting and proposes a 5.99 per cent property tax increase, a water utility increase of four per cent and a sewer increase of two per cent.
