ST. BENEDICT — A bullet hole found in the barbeque on the deck of a home 3.5 miles north of St. Benedict has conservation officers wondering who shot it and if it was done on purpose.
Humboldt conservation officers said the rural landowner reported the hole on Oct. 23. The landowner told the officers that the bullet had come from the east, consistent with someone hunting on Fish and Wildlife Development Fund lands adjacent to their home the previous week.
Conservation officers are asking for help to determine who may have fired this bullet and if the striking of the items near the residence was intentional or accidental.
Those with any information are asked to contact SaskTIP at 1-800-667-7561.
