Car break in suspect arrested

North Battleford RCMP responded to 15 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 2 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3.

Members investigated three alarms, one minor collision and three calls of minor disturbances.

Police are seeking information into the following incidents:

Tuesday

• Shortly after 9 a.m. a 34-year-old man was arrested after report of intoxicated man causing a disturbance on 103rd Street. Found to be on conditions not to consume alcohol and charged with one count of failing to comply with an undertaking.

• Police responded to a 911 call from a residence on the 800 block of 109th Street shortly after 1 p.m. Initial investigation suggest disturbance was an argument and no criminal activity disclosed, though investigation is still ongoing.

Wednesday

• 18-year-old man arrested shortly after 2 a.m. and facing charges of mischief. Located after attempting to gain entry to a vehicle on the 1500 block of 107th Street.
