A North Battleford child porn case is going to trial.
Brian Simon is charged with possessing, accessing and distributing child pornography. His trial is set for Aug. 28 at North Battleford Provincial Court.
The charges stem from last fall when Simon was arrested. A search warrant had been executed on his home in September.
Simon was in provincial court Monday afternoon when the trial date was set. Crown prosecutor Suzanne Reid indicated the Crown intends to call six witnesses in the case.
