A man charged with child pornography counts will see his matters return to court Jan. 27.
Brian J. Simon was in North Battleford Provincial Court Monday afternoon at which time the adjournment was granted. He has retained private counsel.
Simon is charged with possessing, accessing and distribution of child pornography contrary to the Criminal Code. The charges stem from this past summer.
