The City of North Battleford has issued an advisory stating the F.E. Holliday Water Plant is down, eaving the City with one operating water plant.
The City is urging residents to reduce water consumption and the entire city is placed on a precautionary drinking water advisory. Residents are asked to boil water for at least a minute that they will consume as a precaution only.
