Last week saw emergency crews respond to a number of collisions in the city of North Battleford, including two Wednesday and one Thursday.

Last week saw emergency crews respond to a number of collisions in the city of North Battleford, including two Wednesday and one Thursday.

The two Wednesday collisions included an incident on Killdeer Drive where a car rear-ended a parked flat-deck commercial truck that morning. There was minor damage to the car and the driver was transported with unknown injuries, according to North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services.

As well, NBFES reports a collision around 1:10 p.m. at the intersection of 18th Avenue and 101st Street. Two vehicles were involved and one of the cars suffered major damage. The occupant of the car was transported with unknown injuries to Battlefords Union Hospital, and both vehicles had to be towed.

Finally, two vehicles were involved Thursday around 2:20 p.m. in a collision at 100th Street and 12th Avenue in North Battleford.

There was a small fluid leak, but no major injuries as the two drivers were released on the scene by WPD Ambulance. Fire, WPD and RCMP were on the scene for about 40 minutes
