Consumers in Saskatchewan and Alberta have lodged complaints against Rock Solid Kitchens, based in North Battleford, alleging $112,000 worth of unfulfilled contracts.
Kevin Reed, 48, owner of Rock Solid Kitchens, which operated from 2009 to 2011, will appear in North Battleford Provincial Court May 27 facing 10 counts of misappropriation of funds held under direction.
North Battleford Provincial General Investigations Section of the RCMP has laid the charges as a result of a year-long fraud investigation into the business activities, a kitchen design and installation company.
