A cooking fire was quickly extinguished by North Battleford Fire and Emergency Services Sept. 6.
The incident happened around 5:36 p.m. on the 1800 block of 91st Street. Three personnel were on the scene responding to a barbecue on fire.
It was extinguished with no damage to the surrounding property in about six minutes, however the barbeque was destroyed.
