North Battleford Fire Department responded to an alarm at 4:17 p.m. Sunday.
One vehicle and four personnel attended a residence at 1491-102nd St. where a cooking fire had been reported.
The fire has confined to the container and had been extinguished by the tenant. There were no injuries as a result and no damage.
The fire department says information was provided to the occupants and owner. Only about five minutes was spent at the scene.
